NotesEugene was born and educated in Russia, where he received a Bachelor of Art degree at Yoshkar-Ola, and a Master's Degree at the V. Syrikov State Art Institute. A teacher of drawing at the Technological Institute in Moscow and a member of the Art Union in Russia, Mr. Fedorov immigrated to the United States in 1991. Here in Los Angeles, he worked on the "Harbor Freeway Overture", an 11,000 square foot, eight story mural featuring members of the Los Angeles Chamber Orchestra with Kent Twitchell's Art Studio. Additionally, he worked as a background artist for Warner Brothers' "Snow Queen" and with the Rich Animation Studios reating background for "The King and I". Eugene has extensive and noteworthy academic experience, and specializes in painting, drawings, murals, mosaics and excels in art reproduction and renovation. Many of his paintings and drawings have been exhibited in museums and galleries in Russia, the United States, Europe, and Japan.
