Return Policy

Any purchase may be returned for a cause (not as described, damaged, etc.) for a full refund by notifying Roving Sands Fine Arts, Inc., within 14 days of receiving the item, of the intent to return it for cause. A full refund, including the cost to return the item, will be made upon receipt of the item.
